Citizen Portal Instagram Link

Administration > System Setup > Portal Settings > Hyperlink Settings

An Instagram icon has been added to the footer bar of the citizen portal:

To link this icon to the city's Instagram account, enter the city's Instagram URL in the Portal Instagram Link field that has been added to the Hyperlink Settings group in Portal Settings:
